Our Managed IT Services provide a full suite of products and services to offer business IT solutions that align to the Australian Essential Eight security framework.
VIXTRO has a wide range of alliances and partnerships with vendors and distributors so we can provide our clients with the right products and services to align IT to their Business requirements. Our team has a great depth of knowledge in Business and Education IT Leadership, Cyber Security, VoIP Unified Communications, Collaboration, Business Continuity, Networking, IT Systems, Mobility, Cloud, Virtualisation and project services to meet the needs of our clients.
IT Managers in SME/Enterprise environments can be supported with a co-managed arrangement or we can assist in establishing a help desk system designed for your support team(s). VIXTRO can offer escalation outsourcing for level 3 and project support which can assist in decreasing project timeframes.
We have been supporting CISCO Networking Academies across Australia since our establishment in 2003.

|2018||– wins networking lab upgrade at Murdoch University ($2.6 million dollar facility) as featured in CRN, Businessnews, Murdoch.edu.au and Cisco Partners Facebook;
– engaged as a strategic partner for CCNA/CCNP and Security networking lab upgrade at Swinburne University (1.1 million dollar upgrade)

A bit about the Founder of VIXTRO
Paul Kingston at age 18 was the first receiver of the Andrew Jackson Cisco Systems scholarship at Box Hill Institute for the Advanced Diploma of Computers Systems & Engineering, at age 20 he began teaching and growing a passion for the Cisco Networking Academy Program (CCNA, CCNP, Wireless) of which continued for over a decade, teaching at Monash University, Monash College, RMIT University, Box Hill Institute and under the VETiS program at Ringwood Secondary College and Forest Hill College. He was consulted to Cisco Systems USA under Aries Technologies to author and review exams for the CCNA program.
Paul continues to be involved with the education community across Australia and sits on a number of steering and advisory committees with a passion for education and for the workforce of tomorrow.
He believes that life learning, understanding each client business, sharing knowledge, transparency, and building honest, caring and respectful relationships must always be in the DNA at VIXTRO.
