Paul Kingston
Founder, VIXTRO
Paul’s journey into IT all started from the young age of 14 as his schools Apple IT Apprentice, age 16 running his schools IT Systems was awarded the Deakin Shield Community Award, soon to continue his passion at 18, where he was the first to receive the Andrew Jackson Cisco Systems scholarship at Box Hill Institute for the Advanced Diploma of Computers Systems & Engineering. At age 20, he began teaching and growing a passion for the Cisco Networking Academy Program (CCNA, CCNP, Wireless), where he pursued it for the next 10 years. This extended into teaching at Monash University, Monash College, RMIT University, Box Hill Institute and under the VETiS program at Ringwood Secondary College and Forest Hill College. As well, he consulted Cisco Systems USA (under Aries Technologies) where he authored and reviewed exams for the global CCNA program.
Today, Paul continues to be heavily involved with the education community across Australia - sitting on a number of steering and advisory committees that empower education and workplace environments.
He has a deep appreciation for a life-long “Kaizen” learning approach – understanding the individual(s) within the business, and what they need to truly exceed. Paul loves to share his knowledge, and adopts an approach that’s based on transparency, trust, and integrity with all client relationship touchpoints. Paul’s vision for VIXTRO is to enable and support those people who dream, inspire and drive business, through secure technology.
